These Terms of Sale govern the sale of memberships, digital products, paint party business courses, paint party products, paint at home kits, art related supplies, paint party eBooks, and Party Boss Printable’s invitations, flyers, and party planning templates (collectively, the "Products") offered by Primary Paint Party ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing any Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service, and any other policy we may have in place.

Membership & Subscription
Membership to Primary Paint Party grants you access to exclusive content, courses, and Products. The terms of your membership and subscription are outlined in your membership agreement, which includes details regarding membership levels, fees, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation policies.

Digital Products & Courses
Our digital Products and courses are offered as downloadable content or as online access through our website. Once purchased, you will receive instructions on how to access or download your digital Product. The right to use any course or digital Product is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person.

Party Boss Printable's Use License
Upon purchasing, Party Boss Printable’s invitations, flyers, and party planning templates may be edited and used for personal or business advertising related to your paint party business. These templates may not be resold, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose other than advertising your own paint party events.

Paint at Home Kits and Art Supplies
Paint at home kits, paint party supplies, physical products and art supplies will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays once the item has left our premises. We ensure that all Products sent are in good condition and securely packaged.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital Products and customized supplies, we generally do not offer refunds. Refunds for physical Products will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if the returned item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability
Primary Paint Party's liability to you for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Products (whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory) is limited to the purchase price of the Products you purchased. In no case shall Primary Paint Party be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
