Membership Fees

Membership fees pay for instant access to our exclusive content, community, and resources. Due to the nature of our membership benefits:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, which will prevent future charges but will not grant a refund for the current billing cycle.

Digital Products and Courses

Our digital products, including eBooks and courses, are delivered immediately upon purchase and thus are:

  • Non-refundable.

  • We encourage you to read all available information and FAQs before making a purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

 Paint Party Kit Return Policy

 

We devote considerable effort to ensure that your Themed Paint Party Kit arrives with everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable experience. Please read our return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.

 

Product Condition:

Given the customized and handcrafted nature of the Themed Paint Party Kits, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed because each kit's contents, especially the pre-drawn canvases, are specifically prepared for your event.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. After the 24-hour window, we begin the process of preparing your kit, and cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us with your name, address and order number.

 

Shipping Damages or Defects:

We take great care in packaging your Paint Party Kit for a safe journey, but we acknowledge that shipping incidents may occur.

If your kit arrives damaged or if any item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Damage claims made after the 48-hour window may not be honored. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged or defective item(s) as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

 

Missing Items: In the unlikely event that your kit arrives with missing items as per the included list, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will expedite the missing items to you at no additional charge.

 

Shipments and Delivery:

Your Paint Party Kit should arrive within 5-7 days from the date of your order. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

Primary Paint Party LLC is not responsible for delivery delays once the kit is in the hands of the shipping carrier, but we will assist in tracking and resolving shipping issues to the best of our abilities. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

 

Copyright Notice:

As the purchaser of the Themed Paint Party Kit, you are not allowed to reproduce the pre-drawn canvases for any commercial or private use. Copyright infringement is a serious offense, and Primary Paint Party LLC retains all reproduction rights to these works.

Physical Products and Supplies

For our physical products and supplies, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your product or if it does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refunds: Refunds for physical products are available within 14 days of receipt of your items. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process for Physical Products ( Excludes Paint Party Kits )

If you wish to request a refund for a physical product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team here with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with authorization and instructions for returning your product.

  3. Ship the Product: Send the product in its original packaging. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  5. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and hazardous materials.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to the refund policy at our discretion in extenuating or unseen circumstances.
